Owens, deceased, appeals an adverse judgment for wrongful death of plaintiff's decedent, Ignacio Torres, growing out of an automobile accident in Otero County, New Mexico. Plaintiff's decedent, his son, was a Mexican National, illegally in the United States, and plaintiff, the administrator of his son's estate, is also a Mexican National. Torres and Owens both died in this accident. We affirm.
